Following our highly successful Port Appreciation event, generously supported by Sandeman, our next get together will be about Cheese!

Dear Members and Guests of the RBC,

On Thursday, 1st March 2012, Manuela Barbosa, a renowned expert on cheese production and author of Queijos Portugueses, will make a presentation in English on the bewildering variety of Portuguese and other cheeses available, how they are made and how to buy and enjoy them. This will be an opportunity to experiment with a generous selection of cheeses, together with the appropriate accompaniments, including table and port wines. There will be plenty of time to chat, sample and enjoy!

The event will be held at the IPS - International Preparatory School, Rua da Lagoa, 171, Bicesse, by kind permission, starting at 6.30pm. Admission will be 10 Euros for Members and 15 Euros for Non-Members.
