Details:

St James’s Primary School has been created out of the need of expansion of St. George’s School which has existed since 1960. It will follow the same guidelines, policies and ethos as St. George’s School. It is a Primary School where children between the ages of 6 and 10 are prepared for entry to English, American and Portuguese Schools.

A good standard of discipline will be maintained and this is supported by a system which promotes competition, keenness and ‘esprit-de-corps’.

Pupils will be taught both in English and Portuguese by qualified staff, their time being divided equally between the two languages and curricula.

St. John’s School which is situated in Av. Marechal Carmona, 366, Cascais, behind the ‘Jumbo’ is the Junior School, for children aged between 2 and 5 years. St. John’s School is the main feeder school for St. James’s Primary School.
