Royal Charter from King Edward VII - April 1903.

International business and social club. Arranges social events throughout the year e.g. barbecues, summer dinner / dance, pub quiz nights, charity raising ball, day trips etc. Meets for ' Down-the-Line ' lunches regularly. Arranges business sponsored lunches monthly in Lisbon.

Has reciprocal club arrangements in most major cities of the world including five clubs in London. Has Golf Society. Joining fee and annual subscription.
